Stopped in to use their "Check Engine Light for Free" coupon late in the day. They not only took me as a walk-in, they were able to do a complete inspection (from fluids to tail lights) in under an hour. Computer found a small leak which required a new gas cap from my Dealer (which they directed me to right up the road) and they did an oil change for a very reasonable price. They did not try to up-sell me on anything like I would normally experience at the dealer. Very pleased with the friendly staff and great service. Will definitely go back and highly recommend to others.Thanks AAMCO!
My call for service was answered promptly, and I was given an appointment right after I spoke with the service manager (Jimmy). To my surprise, after I bought my car in, and it was diagnosed (for free), I was told that my car was fine. There wasn’t anything wrong with it! I have experienced mechanics that would have falsely claim something to charge me for. AACO did not! I highly recommend this AACO for its honesty, professionalism, and prompt accommodation.
This was my first time at this location, and I was impressed by their professionalism. They provided detailed information and helpful suggestions, and they were quick to get my vehicle back to me. I only wish I had brought my vehicle to them sooner—it probably would have saved me the trouble I'm dealing with now regarding its current condition.
Great customer service and great auto service! I literally went to Priority hyundai multiple times for them to charge me up the wall and not even figure out what was wrong with my car. I went to this place one time and Jimmy was so lovely and helpful. Literally figured out what was wrong and cleaned my car up in one day charged me 1/4. The price of the dealership and my car is running just fine and wonderful. I will be going back to them for all of my car auto service and maintenance needs.
Right from when I first called, Jimmy was straight forward when answering questions regarding my truck. When he gave me my estimate, it was broken down and he did explain that it might go up by not more than a certain amount. He also explained the various financing options offered and help in the application process. Jayson, the tech who did the repair was thorough with the project and did an outstanding job. The team at the VB Blvd Aamco is superb and I high recommend them. Great job!
